It snowed!
The result of which was (1) excitement, (2) a broken heart, and (3) a scientific discovery:
- What a wonderful way to welcome the holiday season! The snow looked beautiful out of the window behind the Christmas tree. How exciting!
- David rushed upstairs to the bedroom window to watch for the snow plow. Only to be informed that THERE ARE NO SNOW PLOWS IN TEXAS. He crumpled to the ground in a quivering heap of sobs and alligators tears. He looked up at me, and those big blue eyes said, "How could you make me live in a place with NO SNOW PLOWS?" His heart was broken.
- David thoroughly investigated the snow, and upon careful study, determined that snow is made of water. What a little scientist!
Unlike last year, I'm afraid this year's first snow will be the ONLY snow.
Although, there is a 30% chance for more snow on Friday...but a 0% chance for snow plows.
