Project

I started a project. Not a good idea. It's not an especially big project. But probably bigger than is wise to tackle right now because Greg is not here to pick up the slack. When I start a project, I tend to ignore everything else. Like laundry and meals and children.

But I had an idea. I tried to ignore it, but it kept nagging at me. I was tired of the nagging in the back of my mind. Try as I might to rationalize the idea away, I knew I wanted to do the project. So I committed myself--by buying some card stock, fabric, and a circle paper punch. I am not a crafter. But I admit that it's nice to work on something that does not involve sitting in front of a computer screen. I like the neat stacks of paper on the dining room table. (Maybe I'm missing my Christmas cards.)

Anyway, if two unsupervised children named David and Mary should knock at your door wearing dirty clothes and begging for a meal, you will know I am not finished yet.
