Absolutely nothing

I like to plan. Actually carrying out my plans is a different matter. But I enjoy making them. In fact, you might even call me a compulsive planner.

I don't know where we will be moving this summer. But I do know it will mostly likely be to Washington D.C. or Atlanta. So...

...of course I spend way too much time researching on websites like Realtor.com or Zillow or Schools Matter or City Data or Great Schools or Google Maps (street and satellite views)...

I just want to be prepared! You know, get a feel for the lay of the land.

So what do you do when you find THE PERFECT HOUSE four months ahead of time in a city you don't even know you'll be moving to?

Absolutely nothing.
